This a feel good story right here man. Congrats Sean
Fixing Pain through exercise and strength training, not surgery and pills. Incredible
Shows that doctors nowadays don’t care about fixing problems, just want to sell you stuff.
Been using the big 3 for about 2 months now. LIFE CHANGER!!!
Respect ✊🏽 man I look up to you and every single video of yours! Keep this amazing work✊🏽💪💪💪🔥
Y’all are working miracles!
I really appreciate it
That’s great to hear!
That’s the goal!
During faber test when i let the leg fall down max, i feel weird discomfort around inside of knee/harmstring, any idea whats this caused by?
Great story and summary, I have a similar back injury which I have been mediating with advice from this and a few similar channels. Thank you for sharing.
Great Info, thanks!
It’s good to see modern medicine switch form pills and surgery to exercise and rehabilitation if possible.
Your methodology for determining the root cause of an injury is awe inspiring to say the least. As someone forced to confront the terrifying unknowns of injury, your videos are an affirmation that solutions exist outside of quitting activities you love or life changing surgery. Your pursuit of new knowledge and the willingness to be curious about the root rather than the symptoms, gives me a light at the end of the tunnel. Thank you for thinking differently and for pursuing pain free movement for everyone. Keep doing what you’re doing, I know I speak for others when I say I learn something front his channel everyday. Loving the book so far as well 🙌✌️
Can you do a detailed video on how to do the kettle bell weight shift?
@Squat University that’s amazing, a video about mild meniscus tear advice would be appreciated 🙏
this is what my doctor said too, 3 years of pain still waiting for a call from Aaron 🙁
I need this in my life! Crazy
I need to see you doc. I’ve been lifting for 2 years and I’m 16. I just found out I got scoliosis through X-rays and got told to stop the lifting because I also had schmorls nodes in my L3. Where is squat university at?
What has your career/educational path been? I want to do things like this and am trying to go for doctorate of physical therapy but I’m not sure if that’s the best route
Edit: nvm I just saw your bio and that you are a physical therapist haha awesome
I’m very appreciative of your work and the advancements within the physical therapy community. Please do not feed misplaced pubic animosity toward medical science. There is enough ignorance/mistrust as it is.
Indeed. But it must be carefully interpreted. This doesn’t that his anatomical problem was solved; not at all. It is not a severe one, had no neurological manifestaciones, and it was succesfully stabilized with therapeutic exercise. He has to keep having a pristine exercise form as well as a perfectly stabilized lumbar sección during movement and under load. Not to mention that periodical monitorization of his lumbar spine is a must in order to verify that his spondilo is not getting worse without having symptoms. GOOD CORRECTIVE JOB! 👍
Hey, I was wondering if I sent you a video, you could fix my form for squats and deadlift. I’ve had incredible back pain in my lower right section and it will not go away. Is it possible it’s because of arching my back too much??
Amazing content! You need to do a collaboration with knees over toes guy!
@Arav Shah sheeeeeeit, wish I could say the same. I’m abt 17-18 YO and my back already fucked all the way up.
Hi Squat University, how do I connect with you guys? I have a major issue in my right leg, and I was told to never lift again either.
