Hi Caroline. For the bars recipe, can the almond flour be substituted for coconut flour? If so, how much should I use?
Coconut flour won’t work for this recipe. You can try sunflower seed flour if you need to be nut-free. But make sure to add a tablespoon of lemon juice to offset the green reaction.
