First off, I am not a medical professional in any way shape or form. That being said, I have had problems with stress related ED. I can tell you from personal experience that you need to remove/avoid whatever it is that triggers your stress/anxiety from your life. If it is something you can’t remove/avoid, then keep contact with those triggers to an absolute bare minimum! It’s not worth it. I can also tell you that if your stress/anxiety is significant enough to cause you to have ED problems, it’s enough to cause other health problems. The ED is just the beginning! Once again, I’m not a medical professional, but rather someone who has been there! Best of luck to you!
