I’ve been taking a 5mg Cialis every day for well over 3 years. I started taking it after a quintuple bypass after reading that it was safe for heart patients. Works like a charm and the wife is very happy. I’ve also been eating ketovore and carnivore for the same time frame. I’ve lost 200lbs, fixed t2d, BP, sleep apnea, gout, heartburn and more. No longer require any prescriptions and my blood work is stellar.

I was on Cialis briefly, but found it wasn’t necessary when I fixed my sleep apnea *_with diet changes_*

In the short term low carb was needed, but now I eat some carbs without inflammation or sleep apnea issues.

The primary cause of my sleep apnea was the vegetable/seed oils. These lead to systemic inflammation, including the sinuses.

Once my sinues were clear, I breath through my nose when I obstruct. I occasionally use nose strips during peak allergy season. I no longer need allergy meds, which I would need frequently for around 10 months of the year. The ststemic inflammation just compounded on everything else.

About 3-4 years in this also eliminated my life long asthma, which comes back if I eat seed oils. Very good incentive to not eat them.

10 mg Cialis works well for me. 20 mg was too much.
Does cause a stuff nose for the day. I would give 2-3 hours for it to work well on a empty stomach.

@Stadium Arcadium eating mostly meat should increase your bile and acid. Reflux and gerd are caused from acid levels being too low or a vitamin d deficiency. Maybe supplement with hydrochloric acid during meals.zypan. at least until you get your acid up to normal range
