Hey, can you list the actual durations of each excersises? Since you’re teaching as your demonstrating, it’s hard to tell how many seconds/breathes you should be doing each pose as. If you can list the durations, that would be super helpful

Dean thank you, how many times in a week will someone do this, can it be everyday?
You can definitely do this every day. For the results you’ll want to start doing yoga at least 3x a week.
If you can do it without it feeling too complicated, you can combine them. If it makes you lose too much focus on the stretch, would do one at a time.

Two years ago I suffered a pretty bad stroke that left me with both incontinence and erectile dysfunction. I started doing your workouts to build up my pelvic floor, so that I could avoid the accidents I was having. Unexpectedly, I have begun waking up with an erection again and am beginning to be able to perform sexually again.
