Thanks for the info! I’m in my mid40s . Although I consider myself to be fairly healthy., its not easy, actually embarrassing, to accept that I’m starting to have issues with ED.
Glad we could provide you with the information! You are not alone with what you are experiencing. If you see a pelvic floor physical therapist, they will help you through it.
Very helpful info Mam
please make a video over exercises to fix the pelvic floor dysfunction
Thank you
We will add that to our list! Thank you for the feedback 🙂
I began having erectile dysfunction 13 years ago, but it was only occasional. 3 times a month on average. This past year, my condition has gone from bad to worse. It’s an awful feeling to be aroused with that urge and my “thing” won’t move a millimeter, with or without partner. I also have numbness in the penis, which I never had before. Achieving a big erection from strong sensation, quickly followed by a massive orgasm/ejaculation was a huge stress reliever for me, doing that only in the privacy in my own apartment of course. Having ED has been a living hell and I fear that it is permanent and I’m realizing what an overlooked treasure having a sex drive was. Something I took for granted when I was young, not knowing the inevitable with getting older. I do have high cholesterol and have struggled with obesity as well, but those are the only health problem I have after my recent lab work. I will finally see a urologist later this month after years of procrastinating from embarrassment. I am 49 years old now, so I hope there will be a miracle solution to this hellacious problem. Wish me luck and thank you for posting this video.
Hi! Thank you for your comment- we really appreciate when our audience is comfortable enough to share their experiences, as we find they are so beneficial to others. To hear from another person that they have similar experiences & just to have conversation/discussion on the topic in general. Have you ever been seen by a urologist or a pelvic floor physical therapist for your symptoms? We are here to help how we can, and provide you general support.
@nemesisgenius Both a urologist and pelvic floor PT are great places to start! Please let us know if you need resources to locate either near you. We would be happy to help.
How long does it take to release the tension in the pelvic floor
This depends on your current pelvic floor state and other influential factors (stress, exercise routine, general routines for sitting/standing, etc).
What’s up number?
how’s it going? you still having issues
I have been struggling with ED and penis shrinkage caused by pelvic floor tension for months and I’m seeking help to a PT. Can men recover their erection and size 100% or they can’t fully recover?
Glad you are seeking help from a pelvic floor PT! Men can definitely overcome pelvic floor dysfunction and have improved and normal erections! Often times it takes a multidisciplinary approach and working with both PT and urologist or other healthcare provider (depending on your specific situation) to identify all areas that may be involved including hormones, blood flow, diet, cardiovascular health, and pelvic floor dysfunction. To reach 100% you will want to make sure all potential factors are being addressed.
