During weight gain if my weight 60Kg Maintenance calorie will be example 2000.
I will add 200calorie extra 2200. Then after one week i will reach 65Kg so then my Maintenance calorie vary again or i need keep same. Because my Target weight is 80KG. My doubt is when body weight increases gradually i need increase my calorie accordingly please i need an answer.
No you should continue with the same calories until you stop seeing any change in your weight.
