This is a fantastic video on repetitive motions, poor posture, fixations, and how how to resolve these!
Thank you! I’m an Esthetician who does facials all day. I’m finding lots of pain/stiffness/tightness in my neck, back, shoulders as well as my low back. Any suggestions specifically for Estheticians? 🙂
I swear you guys read my mind. I was just about to look for these type of exercises. Thank you!
Don’t elevate your shoulders when u lift ur arms. Keep ur shoulders as back and down as possible. And don’t lean over so much. Get as close as u can to ur clients and tools. If u have to reach then keep ur back and shoulders as straight as possible. Hinge at the hip, not the neck and shoulders
Hi B&B, ¡what a great summary of your best stretching movements for neck and shoulders!. Thank you and loves 😘

Nice Video clip! Forgive me for the intrusion, I would love your initial thoughts. Have you ever tried – Proutklarton Enjoy Playing Plan (erm, check it on google should be there)? It is an awesome one off product for relieving back pain in just 16 minutes without the normal expense. Ive heard some decent things about it and my m8 got amazing results with it.
Wow! I did that tennis ball stretch they demonstrated and it immediately fixed pain I was having in my neck and upper back. I definitely have the “laptop” posture they are talking about at the end. I’m going to do this stretch regularly. These guys are great!
