Happy Friday! If you enjoy my almond flour banana pancakes you will LOVE this recipe (it’s essentially the same!) but lower in carbs and absolutely delish. XO Dani
Hi Dani! I just subscribed to your channel this week!!! For the first time in my life, I made cookies and muffins, following YOUR recipes! I was always a dream of mine to do such things, and has finally come true- epic bonus that they are healthy versions!
I’m coping with and managing some medical stuff right now, and batch cooking in general has been helping me with managing unexpected weak spells and dizziness, so I can have something to grab immediately.
I LOVE your channel, all of the ingredient options, and the ability to store the food in air tight containers! Also love how the recipes are in the description, as well as a link to a printable one (which I figured out how to “print to pdf” on my phone!)
I showed your channel to my best friend, who also loves it. We’re going to try the sautéed broccoli together!
I didn’t know pancakes could be saved for another day either!
Anyway, thank you SO MUCH Dani for all of your hard work, and your commitment to supporting the health and wellness of other people, as well as educating without intimidation. You are an absolute blessing!
Fawn ❤️
Awe, thank you, and welcome!! I’m so glad to have you here and I appreciate you saying hello + sharing!! XO
just made them with arrowroot instead of tapioca because that’s what I had. DELICIOUS! for anyone who might be wondering. Thanks Dani!
I was going to ask how big was the measuring cup that was used to scoop up the pancake batter but it’s in the description box. I appreciate that. This recipe looks delicious. I’ve never really used almond flour so I appreciate the explanation of the difference between blanched and unblanched almond flour as well.
@Clean & Delicious
Can I switch out tapioca starch for something else
Glad you found the info you were looking for! I hope you get to give this recipe a try! Enjoy.
@Clean & Delicious thank you for being so thorough. And I will definitely be making those pancakes.

Just made them and ate them! Hehe delicious thanks God I had everything on hand, with unsweetened chocolate almond milk tasted great too. Love your recipes!

These came out amazing!!! Thank you!
I had my first cheat last weekend since re-starting keto 3 months ago. The cheat meal was pancakes. Made these this morning and quite frankly, I don’t see the need to cheat again. These are hands down the best keto pancakes I’ve ever had, and I’ve been on and off low carb for nearly 20 years. Wow! Excellent!
They are divine! Thank you for sharing, Dani!❤😊
Hey Dani, what’s the difference in texture and taste between these and the one with the banana?
I tried this recipe today and those pancakes were absolutely amazing! Super fluffy and healthy.
Thank you! All I had was arrowroot
I use potato starch or cornstarch.
I have homemade almond milk for breakfast , used to watch my mum making it as a child . So happy to stumble upon your recipe , will certainly try it
Thanks
Thanks! That answered my question. 😊
Delicious! Thanks for sharing
Yes, I WAS wondering! I have the same thing!
You only “cheat” on your taxes, a test, or your spouse. Just call it making a choice and live your life how you’d like. No shame.
Checked out your channel. While watching was thinking about how to possibly change a few things to make it keto/low carb version. Sure hope you make more videos soon. 😀
These are amazing! I used potato starch as I didn’t have tapioca, and they were incredible! These will definitely be a staple for me!
