If you don’t use it all within the 3 days, i recommend pouring the left over paste into an ice cube tray and freeze it. You don’t waste anything, can pop them out whenever, and it helps cool down the tea a bit lol

Cut up lemon and orange fruits
Take out seeds
Peel half a ginger root
Dice peeled ginger
Add fruits, ginger, and 6 Tablespoons of organic apple cider vinegar to blender
Blend until smooth
Pour paste into cup, place in fridge
Heat water to boil
Pour hot water over green tea bag in mug
Steep green tea bag
Scoop 2 Tablespoons of paste into water, mix
*optional honey for flavor

@Moving Forward My stone was 9mm so it was not going to pass. Had Lithotripsy and it broke to a 6mm. The doctor said you need another procedure. My solution in younger years was increased hydration – often a lot of orange juice.
Now, in addition to water, I generally eat Foods that come out as easily as they go in.
