However, listening to you reading this studies it shows that you still need to learn a lot in terms of medical terminology and pathophysiology.. I mean.. You don’t have to actually, since this is not a medical chanell! But are really looking at some interesting stuff from an interesting angle and it’s a shame you lack some of the basics, especially considering your knowledge in certain areas is really formidable.. Having Derek breakdown David Sinclair’s work is fantastic!

Took DNP. 600mg a day for 3 weeks. Was extremely effective but I didn’t want to leave my apartment once because I was sweating all the time and just walking felt like running a marathon. And because I wasnt really eating carbs at the time, I had even less energy. After a week of sleeping for about 8hours a night waking up 5-6 times, I felt like i didn’t sleep at all!

I am glad that DNP is essentially being reevaluated. I really do hope trials go well.

Just recently learned in university about dnp and it seemed really interesting, and this video was a great addition, as we only learned what it does and basically were told that it’s bad, but not that there is research going on, so thank you for this interesting vid

@Bradikan very unlikely that it would work from an oral dose perspective. I’m a pharmacist by trade. Oral dosing has very high absorption that is localized. Very low systemic effects. If you puff enough at high doses you’ll hit the beta adrenergic receptors that are systemic but even then the effect would be quite low. Beta receptors in the heart would cause increased contractions of the heart, dilation of the vessels. I’m coming this from a standard therapeutic perspective having ignored the performance enhancing section of my therapeutic guidelines. Would be interesting to hear the bodybuilding side of things. I would see athletes using it to enhance their ability to pull in air (cycling, running, etc. No idea that it could be used for that). Let me know if maybe there’s something that I’m missing.

I wish it wasn’t called anti-ageing though. It’s not. It’s extending life of elderly or treating elderly diseases. But that doesn’t slow ageing. It’s Geriatric medicine.

I think things should only be called anti-ageing if they work on 20, 30, 40 year olds as much as 90 year olds
