Ive been following this from a month and can see great results..it’s a best drink during your periods, as it helps in curbing the bloating and if u have it with lukewarm water, it even eases your pain. Haven’t tried adding ginger juice, usually I add ginger gratings, but definitely going to add the juice in the recipe from tomorrow morning..Thank You so much Himani 🙂

Aww thanks, my gorgeous. Because you aren’t using these ingredients in heaps of quantity, it won’t affect your teeth like- for example- lollies/candies do. It’s been had by people using different recipes for over 5000 years as ORS (Oral Rehydration Solution). If you have any concerns, however, you can skip adding raw honey. Lots of love 😘

Hey zero chan, like i had mentioned in the video, honey (especially raw honey) is very high in proteins, fibre, natural sugars, iron, sodium, Vitamin C, and so many more nutrients. It’s not empty calories, and it isn’t refined sugar either. The combination of lemon juice and honey has been used in Ayurvedic detox recipes for over 5000 years. I hope that helps, my gorgeous! xoxo
