It’s unbelievable how the pain makes you find solutions and thank God I found you guys. I was shocked when you said the most of the patients are younger and not older. I’m 21 years old and I feel kinda awkward with myself for being to young to be feeling this pain.

@Shivani Tak work out your glutes muscles every morning. Not your hamstrings but your glutes only . It will help in back pain

My natural tendencies already have sought out some of these exercises. This is confirmative to the diagnosis. It caused uneven hips and shoulder dislocation. It took us years to realise the cause. I assume it will take a few more months to half a year to acclaim full function. Given the fact that I have never achieved such thing ever.
It really does right! Marvelous! If you would last you would probably instinctively come up with specific solutions too.

@Gustavo Martinez thank you for your advice! But unfortunately I do have to incorporate them in my routine because I have to train for the army physical test coming up. The deadlift is part of it and last time I took the test I failed the deadlift.
@Alexandra Ramirez ok that makes sense. Pass that test u got it. But yeah after that my advice is to not do them there are many other exercises which target legs and glutes. Also if you do happen to continue make sure to push off the ground rather than lift up the bar. It might seem like the same thing but trust me try it. Try not to bend your back as much and push the earth downwards instead of trying to lift the bar. Good luck!
