HOW TO MAKE COCONUT MILK.
Take one cup fresh hard coconut (cut into small items), and 2 mugs water. Blend them with each other until the coconut is pureed and the mixture looks milklike. Put the mix into a nut milk bag or muslin cloth. Squeeze out the nut milk. The remaining coconut pulp can be made use of as an excellent exfoliating face scrub, or you can simply compost or discard it. If you have a dehydrator, the pulp can be dried and used as coconut flour.

# 1 CREAMY PUMPKIN SOUP ► 00:44.
3 mugs of coconut milk.
1/2 kg of red pumpkin.
2 tablespoons thyme.
1 sprig of rosemary.
1 tbsp salt.
1/2 tiny eco-friendly chilli.
Cut the red pumpkin into big portions. Do not peel off the pumpkin. Steam the pumpkin. Once it has actually cooled, add it to a blender or food processor. To the blender, also add coconut milk, eco-friendly chilli, rosemary, thyme and salt. Blend up until smooth. Put soup right into bowls & top with whatever you like!

# 2 GREEN PAPAYA SOUP ► 02:22.
1 unripe eco-friendly papaya.
2 cups coconut milk.
2 cups water.
3 stalks fresh lemongrass.
2 tsps coriander seeds.
1/2 small eco-friendly chilli, sliced into little pieces.
1/2 inch item of ginger.
1 tablespoon lemon juice.
2 tsps salt.
Peel, cut and heavy steam the papaya up until it is soft. On the other hand, take a shallow pan, and completely dry roast the environment-friendly chilli, coriander seeds, ginger and lemongrass with each other. Add some water, and let it cook till the flavours are soaked in. Add this mix to a blender or food processor together with your steamed papaya, water, coconut milk, lemon juice and salt. Blend and offer. Leading with whatever you like!

# 3 AVOCADO SOUP ► 03:32.
3 tomatoes, deseeded and diced.
1 cup carrot juice.
3 mugs coconut milk.
1⁄2 avocado.
2 tablespoons coriander.
2 tbsps parsley.
1/2 little environment-friendly chilli.
2 tbsps lemon juice.
2 teaspoons salt.
Mix all active ingredients together, Gather bowls and leading with your favorite vegetables.

Thank u Subah for all this amazing info shared! Always been a fruit and veggie person since I was young and can’t handle species, oil or salt. Been around the world n lately gave up my laziness and started cooking – my totally messed up stomach is healing now and am sure with this lifestyle I will heal it completely! So excited to start the new year fresh!
Just one question – if I can’t get earthen ware to cook where ever I go (tough to carry em too!) – is steel or non stick pans n utensils okay to use? Have removed aluminium from my kitchen for good already!

Just tried the pumpkin soup..and it was simplly delicious…it was still warm enough by the time I had it..I didn’t have thyme so I replaced it with curry leaves..n still it tasted nothing less than delicious ❤️ thank you subah for giving us this perception regarding food..you have totally changed my way of looking towards having food…n within just 4 days of starting with the ash gourd juice I can see quite a visible difference in my skin .✌️
When I think soup I always like hot clear soup. It would be good to share some of those. This soup looks cold
The pumpkin soup was DELICIOUS.
I left it in my blender sitting, after blending, while I did something else. 10-15 minutes later the flavor got more complex, almost cheesy, as if the coconut milk had mildly fermented. That was a pleasent and interesting surprise.
Today I made green papaya soup for the first time. I love it as well

Hi Subah. Your efforts to make people aware of the satvic eating in commendable. But if it’s a possibility, please let us know the substitutes for thyme, parsley, rosemary and lemon grass cuz it’s very difficult to get those in Indian market.
I tried the creamy pumpkin soup..

I tried cauliflower soup yesterday and pumpkin soup today and I must say it way delicious than I imagined. Wasn’t very sure if I would like it as I am very much used to adding garlic and onion for giving a spicy touch to recipes. But I am loving it the way you have shown. I tried the pumpkin soup today 15/09/22, it was delicious…I didn’t have all the seasoning on hand so I used what I have in my kitchen garden. Definitly making this again..next up is the avocado soup.😋 I’ll post on insta and tag you..thanks again
