How do u feel so far?
I had a couple of mornings that I was REALLY hungry – but it passed after my first meal.
Workouts have been 90% as good very little drop in energy which is what you’d think when you remove carbs.
Evenings I used to get MASSIVE cravings not anymore. Only thing I’m craving really is more water

Nah dude. Went to my doctor got blood work before and after – she gave me the green light.
