I like to drink water with either lemon or a tsp of apple cider vinegar everyday (sometimes I mix both). Now that it is getting warmer out I’m looking forward to trying more varieties – these are so refreshing!

@Jul because detox doesn’t actually mean anything, you see, that’s the Reason you have a liver, i mean, cavemen were fine And did no detox… So yeah, detox products Are basically a scam to get money from people who don’t understand it
@I only shop at suqma Cavemen ate clean 24/7. They didn’t have junk foods or unhealthy foods. So their livers and other organs were fine as they ate extremely clean and healthy in the first place.
And there isn’t that much evidence that they were extraordinarily healthy, or that they had long lifespans. Which is what we would like.
Detox is real.
But I agree with the money part. I don’t spend money on buying pre-packaged detox drinks or detox recipe books. I don’t know why people think this is something new. The detox health drinks existed since the ancient times in Asian countries. Japanese, Chinese, Thai, Indian, you name it.
We can’t call detox as scam when it’s proven otherwise. An entire day of drinking fruit juice, healthy iced tea and other detox drinks, will keep a person so much more energetic. In comparison to those who don’t. It’s facts.
Detox isn’t rocketscience or a modern invention, it’s an ancient part of healthy practices.
The one detox which basically CHISELLED me was the hardcore ginger lemon tea. Not a regular tea though.
It’s basically peeling gingers, blending it into a puree, adding water to boil it and strain the mushy part away. Add some lemon juice.
The thing about this one drink is, it isn’t “nice” to drink. Your throat will feel like it’s being RIPPED inside out. Because the drink is basically the ginger juice, ginger causes that harsh burning sensation. It isn’t actually harming the throat, your throat is fine, but while you drink it, it gives an extreme burn sensation (which will go away half an hour later).
The first time I had that drink, I started tearing up before finishing it. But that drink is fat buster 101.
I knew that in ancient Indian health recipes, they’ve mentioned ginger thousands of times, for it’s fat reducing qualities. But I never knew it, before drinking that ginger tea.
After a week I got used to that burning throat feeling. I didn’t only lose fat, my immune system got stronger too. I used to often fall sick to colds and fevers. After drinking that ginger drink everyday for 3 months, I don’t fall sick that easily anymore.
And there’s another thing which I personally experienced but isn’t proven scientifically yet. The only two people in my family who consume a crazy amount of ginger are me and my dad.
We 2 are the only people in the entire family who has great will power, mental strength. Coincidence? Nope.
You would’ve heard about junk foods, hormonal imbalance being linked to depression, anxiety, etc right? (if u haven’t, search it up, it’s an actual thing).
So science has proven that certain dietary habits are linked to extreme hormonal imbalances/changes, which promotes/triggers certain emotions.
Science has only went so far as saying, ginger and lemon juice have certain relaxing properties. But in ancient Indian medicine, they’ve specifically mentioned the effects of ginger on emotional health as extremely powerful, not just “relaxing”. Strengthening.
Although not everyone can handle that drink. Especially people with acidity, gastric or ulcer problems should not drink that. It has some strong hormonal impacts which can go wrong for some people. Especially for people with stomach sensitivity, it could be a nightmare experience.
Beginners should try like, 1 or 2 tablespoon of ginger puree boiled with water (lemon juice added). That is a safe start. If they felt stomach aches, they should not try it again. They can slowly increase the amount of ginger.
And in Indian medicine, they have diet specifications on hormone balancing. Curd or greek yogurt, consuming this puts off certain hormonal increases caused by too much ginger in diet (or onion, pepper, garlic, etc).
This way one can safely achieve the benefits of that drink without side effects.
I personally prefer half a glass of ginger puree. Boiled into tea. I don’t add too much water though. Resulting tea is around 250-300ml.
Half a glass is a crazy amount of ginger puree, but my body can tolerate it, I’ve went with this recipe for a long time and as there were no negative impacts, I’m fine with it.

I am so sad that I only found your video now at 2021.. I always try to diet but ending up failed.. but watching your videos. I am trying meal prep for now on.buying variety of choice of healthy food.. and counting calories.. it really works..I loss 2 kg in 1 week.. and from today onwards I will add joging too… If I don’t forget my comments here guys.. I will come and update back how much my weight loss journey and healthy eating going through.
I also do a daily water enema before I have the drink. I love this drink very much for bloating, constipation, cleansing, detoxing and weight loss.
