A lot of doctors actually lack nutritional knowledge/education. I don’t mean by those who have gained a PhD in various fields, but more directly at GPs we see for our most common issues.
It is quite simply an easy factor to give one Viagra, but firstly to start on the healthier benefits, and talking therapies for sure.
We become lost in the world of technology and removed from a reality perspective. I think our western Society a sense of ‘loss’ I guess as we become over worked, too many issues and worries going on.

I think I had balanitis before, but was not sure and was too embarassed to reach out to anyone. Thank god I recovered fully but that one month was the worst period of my life.

I’m not sure if I have erectile dysfunction, but maybe I’m leaning more towards the gray asexual spectrum. After coitus for 2-3 times in a day, it takes me a while to want sex again, maybe 1-2 weeks. In summary, I’m only interested in sex for 2-3 times in a month.
But I guess I’m just not that hypersexual as most men are 🤷
Or maybe it’s also caused by my mental disorders, since I do suffer from bipolar disorder II.
