I started doing intermittent fasting without knowing all the science. It just made sense.
Growing younger is nice. And it doesn’t cost anything.

I started Intermittent Fasting 2 1/2 months ago and lost a total of 30 pounds. So many people tell me I look younger, my wife keeps saying my skin looks way more healthy, now it makes sense. Thanks Dr Berg for all of your videos. I started eating 2 meals doing 16:8 but the lowered to 20:4. I lost 17 pounds in 30 days. On the 5th week I started eating One Meal A Day (OMAD) I have been eating only once a day for 6 weeks now. I started at 176 in July 15 and I am now at 147. I posted a video a week ago on my transformation.

Dr Berg is brilliant, when I eat I feel tired, aches and pain and foggy mind But when I cut out the crap like sugar and carbs I feel energetic, no aches and pain and clear mind . When I fast during Ramadan the energy level sky rockets so I am deciding to do intermittent fastiing for the whole year.
I remember fasting when I was younger and never getting sick. I`m going in that path once again. I have been reading a lot about this topic and there are just so many great reason to fast.
I started intermittent fasting last April 2017. I was 240 pds. and my health problems where starting to creep up on me. Now March 2018 I’m at 183.2 pounds and still losing. I’m African American women at the age of 52 and I’m 5f 5i. Intermittent fasting has been a lifesaver for me😃👍

I LOVE intermittent fasting !!!! I can enjoy my food and still burn fat. My pattern is eating from 9am to 3pm each day except Friday where I eat 3 meals all day and then fast Saturdays until 4pm and enjoy my social life until midnight … then I fast the Sunday until 4pm. It works so well for me and I am never hungry evenings . I drink lots of water and tea
