This is very true. When I got into my car accident 3 years ago, I had to do physical therapy for 6 months for this twice a week and let me tell you, as time went on, not only did I heal at a faster rate (cause after 3 months I would practice at home along with other home exercises/stretches) the definition in my back was defined. 😊🤞🏾

Same here but I tore my left trap a couple weeks ago it’s healing quickly but I’ve noticed it gets aggravated very easily now
Could be an implemented regimen only used for a month or so to get the base strength up yk? But yeah, so many things you “should do every morning” 😂

What I do is hit the share button, copy link, and then past the link into my notes on my phone. I title the note with a body part and save relevant videos in that body part note. I can then refer back to them when needed. But I agree, YouTube should have a function like this

Dude ever since I fixed my posture, I’ve had this EXACT problem in my back. Even the same side. Tried this exercise, and my left side with the pain has literally like 20% the endurance as the right side lol
It’s an IMBALANCE of strength. That’s the problem

Also, it’s a particular muscle that isn’t as strong, not him as a person.
