First doctor who said VRK diet is good for sugar patients. I salute you. I took VRK diet in Feb 2018 for 3 months and got rid of diabetes permanently. Am enjoying my life without any tablets. VRK is like a living God for me 🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏

I really like the way you express your information, but lot of it is colliding with other experts. For example, most of the items mentioned have lot of Saturated fats which are considered to increase the risk of heart disease. Medicine and Nutrition is complicated, and looks like each person has to write their own recipe based on reliable information and experts.
After taking VRK diet for 3 months, are you still continuing with it or reverted back to the diet you were taking earlier.
@D K Raam no shifted to normal diet but no rice and no sugar. Ofcourse during functions etc we can take within limit. Its once own control
