heres a little story; i was 13 when i first got my first back pain. It went away without any stretching, but almost a month later it came back and more worse. It really affected my football trainings and matchs, there was a important tournament, where i couldnt unfortunately go because of the pain, i couldnt even run. Walking hurts. Tried some lower back pain stretches, nothing fixed. Year later, had been suffering from the lower back pain for a YEAR. My family didnt have the money for doctor. I sometimes couldnt stand after i woke up. But then, I found exactly this video, started using this for months, started to go to the gym, started daily stretching and face routines, started drinking water and my acne went away. Now im 15 and more perfect me than i could ever imagine. I have a girlfriend, lots of friends, never drinked alcohol, and football is still in my heart, now I can play because all the pain went away. Yesterday i had football match, won led to the first division, tie or loss wouldnt be enough. I remembered little myself and did this for him. I scored 2 times and we promoted! Just wanted to come back to where it all started, thank you really much Heather Robertson!!

Omg I done this workout this morning for the first time as my back is definitely muscular pains as I’m a beauty therapist and do loads of massages and waxing. My posture is terrible. So I tried before I went to work and I felt so much better for it. Honestly I have also tried the stretch it out for the whole body. Absolutely brilliant. Thank you very much, I used to have the worst back pain from a wreck, it was nerve damage, so when I started trying to work out, I found out I also had a knot in my back and it would hurt for weeks.
