  3. I really like this short video for the back. I have had continual back pain for decades now and find that these have been a big help for me. I have incorporated these into my daily routine. I doubt my back will ever not hurt, but these exercises make it easier for me to get through my day. When the pain wakes me up I get up and do them as well. Moving is much better than not moving and trying to hold the pain in. Thanks and for all the other videos Jessica has.

  5. I’ve been doing these exercises for about 5 weeks. Before this I had pain in my lower back which went round to my hips. I had x.ray and doctor was no help, since doing these exercises, the pain has virtually gone. I am so happy I’ve found your you tube channel. I’ve been telling everyone how great your exercises are.
