It’s just cause he doesn’t train traps it looks like they’re literally not there. So it makes his shoulders and arms look weird almost as if he has interior rotation
No hate but his traps and back look puny compared to his arms and shoulder which makes him look weird. Also lacking upper chest doesn’t help. All this together makes him look like he has interior rotation

Idk id he’s natural or not, seems like a reasonable point that you could get to natural but would have to see old pictures compared to now, anyways arnt traps and upper chest generally muscles that fully develop on gear.
Let’s Talk Nintendo can’t say if he is but I can tell he either doesn’t work traps much or that’s just a major weak point
