You’re just the best beauty influencer. Real on every level. You deserve every iota of success you get, and then some. I hope you’re doing well. 💚
Love you, Johnny, dude, but I have to say something about this. It is a very aesthetically pleasing mask with a luxurious look and feel, and it seems to do what it set out to do, but you don’t really have to spend that much to achieve the same result. Most clay masks do this too, but for a much cheaper price. Splurging can feel great, but you don’t really have to in order to remove excess oil. Always keep in mind that using a clay mask too often can actually strip your skin of oil and cause it to produce even more later. I’m just making sure that you know!
I agree with the other comments. Your reviews are so open and honest, I have purchased several items on your recommendation and loved them all and defiantly will be purchasing this, I am 65 and I have ALWAYS had such oily skin. I absolutely LOVE, LOVE, LOVE your videos.
I remember having very similar effect from 100% clay mask
Polka dots viral situation is how absolutely all clay based masks work🤷🏻♀️. Maybe for some people this is kinda sorcery 😅 but the ACTUAL hype should be about how the pores look before and after.
I like to target my masks and may have two or three on at the same time. I’ll have something hydrating on my cheeks; something to pull out oil on my nose and chin, and depending on what my forehead is doing I may have one of those masks there or it could be an enzyme mask to exfoliate.
So I immediately ordered it because you recommended it (luckily there was a place that have it in my country) I trust you so much ♥️♥️♥️
Fun fact! The oil on your nose can be used as chap stick
When that girl says look at all the oil that’s taken out of her face that is just her pores once you put a mask over top of your pores that’s what happens so I don’t understand what she’s talking about there but I do want to give this a try because I very oily skin in my T-Zone
I think MOST clay masks do that…no tea, no shade…Purlisse does the same for me(perfect after dermaplaning!) 🤷🏾♀️js
I like how you don’t show us the product so I’m even more curious bc it’s not some paid promo type ad designed to not look like an ad
Exactly. Every single clay based mask no matter how terrible and with awful ingredients does this. What you are seeing *is* the pores, which do have oil and sebum being excreted from them, but is not a factor in how successfully anything has been drawn out. I see skincare and makeup “sorcery” all the time, that has very not exciting and non results based explanations. I do miss having that certain wonder about products though, back when i didnt know what i do now, and believed everything that is claimed on the packaging. Ah, simpler times.
This is no diss to the early-20’s influencers, but I feel like I can trust your reviews because you will call out the hype instead of going along with it. Big-pore sister here who appreciates it! 👏😍
You are awesome! I was wondering about it and didn’t want to waste the $ if it didn’t work. I don’t trust alot of reviews because ya know, social media is fake, but you SHOW us what is up. You aren’t like alot of the others and you can feel you genuinely want to help the everyday user and not people that know alot about how to do this stuff. Keep it up! Thank you 😊
Saw a little bit of Barbara in your first sentence. I started laughing and had to watch again! 🤣🤣🤣
Hope you are having a great day!
I have such dry skin, but what an amazing mask for those who need it!
I’m interested to know which brands you prefer. I’m 48 and need a mask every now and again. Never thought of a clay mask tho.
@Nikki what’s your favorite brands of clay masks? Oily and combination kind I guess. Also I’m 48 so probably a lot older than you but I’m not sure what is good out there.
I love their under eye creams !! Helped my under eyes a lot
And some modern clay masks also have AHA or BHA in them, so they’re working better! Most of the “basic/outdated” clay masks just make my dehydrated combination skin dryer :((
Their hand creams are incredible as well, they give you the softest hands after only a few days of using!
@Tracy Robinson the Aztec clay mask is pretty popular. That’s been a staple for years for many ppl. I always try to keep a container of it and use it about once a week if possible
It looks perfect to your skintone 😂
Me, who’s skin is way overly sensitive and acne prone: WRITE THAT DOWN WRITE THAT DOWN
Yes they are definitely a great brand. And people really sleep on them too much!I Love that you bring up so many brands that others dont!
