Thank you so much, Linda, for this invaluable information! I’ve been searching for an answer to an autoimmune triggered skin disorder that I have developed after some long term stress. This just might be the solution! The info checked out on google as being a possible reversal and I couldn’t be happier! i had lost hope! I’m going out tomorrow to get a bottle and begin. Thank you thank you dear friend!
Wow, thanks for bringing this to our attention, Linda! Safflower is one oil you don’t hear much about. I have experimented with/use many different oils for different purposes, including taking a tablespoon of flaxseed oil a day, but have never tried or thought about safflower oil! I actually thought it was a processed/’bad’ oil to be honest. Now I’m going to have to give it a try! I will pick some up on my next trip to Whole Foods. Maybe I can alternate my flaxseed oil with a daily tablespoon of safflower oil.
Hello dear Linda! Thank you for this video. I immediately ordered online the oil and I hope to get it in the next 3 days. I ordered it for my graying hair. Although i’m just in my 20s, this year I discovered some gray hair, although my mom and dad are in their 50s and have no signs of gray:( Could you please advise on how to take it? Should I take it internally as one teaspoon per day or apply it on the hair? Thank you 🙂
Hi Linda..can i use it as a massage oil? As I massage my face every morning..your video is marvellous..! Thank you Linda..
Thanks so much for the info, I haven’t heard about these benefits before!
Hey Linda, do you know if safflower oil is the same as CLA? Thank you!
Hi! Oh definitely! I use it as a massage oil too. When I apply it after I wash and dry my face, I will give my face a relaxing massage with the oil as it is absorbed into my skin. I massage my face every night! I also massage my body with it…remember always towards your heart. Sometimes I get such tired leg muscles at the end of my day and after a nice warm shower I massage safflower oil into my legs and it is a godsend! I’m so glad you enjoyed my video😃 Thanks so much for sharing your feedback! Sending love, xoLinda
Hi Connie! Happy Summer! I’m so glad you like my video and are going to try safflower oil! You will love it! Sending so much love and hugs, xo Linda❤️🤗😘🌹
Hi Melissa, safflower oil is a rich source of linoleic acid and contains small amounts of CLA. CLA is primarily found in meat and dairy. You can get it naturally by consuming dairy or meat from grass fed animals. I know there is a lot of information floating around out there about the benefits of CLA supplements for weight loss so be aware that supplements of CLA are made in a lab and will not offer the same benefit for your health as from eating the actual food. I hope I could help😊
Hi! You’re very welcome! I’m so glad you enjoyed learning about it. I love oils too! I first read about safflower oil for healing the skin about 10 years ago in passing when I was reading a book written by an old dermatologist and I meant to try it but just never got around to it until this past winter. I happen to see it in Whole Foods and decided to try it. I loved it so much I decided to read up on it and I was amazed at how wonderful it was and I was super excited to tell you all about it. I’m always trying to help my wonderful viewers stay beautiful and healthy!❤️ I have definitely noticed a difference in my skin since I began using it. I hope you enjoy it as much as I do! Sending love, xoLinda
Hi Heather! Oh I’m so glad my video was helpful for you!!! Skin issues can definitely be triggered by stress, whether it’s caused by diet or lifestyle stress and essential fatty acids, especially linoleic acid can be an amazing healer. I’ve read so much about it. Never lose hope, there’s always an angel to guide you.👼 Sending so much love and hugs, xo Linda😘🤗❤️
Hi! I’m so glad you liked my video and are going to try safflower oil! I think you have choices on how you can take it, so it’s really up to you. You can take it internally if you feel that your diet is lacking in essential fatty acids and perhaps that may be the cause of your graying hair, or you can apply it directly to your scalp or even your skin. If you apply it to your scalp, you will be directly feeding the area that needs the linoleic acid which I think would be most beneficial for you, however, I know it’s not always practical for daily application depending on how often you wash your hair, so you can apply it to your skin on your body too. Remember I told you in the video that your skin will absorb it right in for use in your body as evidenced in studies. So through your skin, you will be absorbing linoleic acid and it can help your hair. I would definitely apply to your scalp whenever it is convenient for you with your hair washing schedule by gently massaging it in. Personally I think before bed is the best time for that. Oils have an amazing affect on hair. In addition, apply it to your skin when you can’t place it on your scalp and add a little to your salad! xoxo Linda
@Carol Sauzek Hi Carol! You’re welcome! I’m so glad you I could help you learn more about the benefits of this amazing oil! xo Linda

@calid shah Hi, you can use the link in the description box or you can purchase it in Whole Foods or any other grocery store. I hope I could help.
Hi — love all your videos. Can you do a video on the best hair coloring product for gray hair.; preferably all natural, no chemicals. Do you have an opinion on Madison Reed products?
Yeah coconut oil dried my skin out. Only when I came across sunflower oil and safflower oil I realized what actual moisturized skin is!
Btw you look so great girl! Can you do organic makeup reviews!?
Thank you! You’re so sweet! I would love to try some and do a review! Thanks for the request, I’ll put it on my list😃
I will try it. I actually already have it my cupboard. Thanks very informative video.
Hi Linda, I’m brand new to your channel and find it very informative. I was wondering when you use safflower for your face, do you apply it in the am and pm, and do you use a moisturizer afterwards?
victoria zubovich Hi Victoria, welcome to my channel!! I’m so happy to have you be part of my community. I usually apply safflower oil at night before bed after washing my face. I let it soak in a bit and then I apply my moisturizer. I do use it in the daytime on my face as well, but generally more in the winter months when I need the extra moisturizing. I hope you love it as much as I do! xo Linda
I appreciate all of your research and sharing so much! I’ve filled you for years. Thank you.
Which one is better for the skin (and cooking) safflower or avocado oil? Do you use both regularly? Can they be combined? Thank you so much!
How do apply to whole body after a shower? do you use a certain bottle? or ?…I mean how do you get it on the back, etc.. Thank you for this…so glad I found this!
Thank you so much for this video. I’ve been using a blended olive oil/safflower oil blend I found at my local market for about 4 years now and I love it. It is refined but the taste is very mild with a hint of olive oil flavor. I’m going to have to order the safflower oil online as I haven’t been able to find it at my local market. New to your channel btw.
Thank you for this video! I’ve been using safflower oil recently, and love it. This video is packed with information I did NOT know. I have melasma, and hormonal acne. My melasma came over my lip as well, and it’s because I worked outside in the sun for years. I got it around 35 years old. I started using safflower oil to prevent wrinkles, and I’m very excited to find out it can help my other issues. I used hydroquione, and it caused very rough dry red patches.
this is amazing blog to know about this
