Chocolate Almond Milk has worked great for me . I had acid reflux so bad I had to be hospitalized three times for it cause It would trigger me to keep throwing up and I wont be able to stop. Ever since I have been drinking Chocolate almond milk everyday I have no issues controlling my reflux and no more hospital stays for it.
I had the same problem. But i tell you the remedy,
1- Dont eat or eat less fast food + acidic and hard drinks like cola and coffee
2-Eat – Drink slower
3- Fast 2 different days in a week. It will improve your body and hormanal stability of your body including your brain’s health quality with less possibility of alzhiemer.
4-Thank me later than 😉
I don’t see how “eliminating” foods from your diet is a “natural remedy.” Just take some TUMS.
Salty/seasoned meats (sausage), sugar (candy), soda, alcohol, and pizza trigger it for me on occasion.

@srercrcr I would recommend taking 2-3. Same goes with Advil for headaches. TUMS doesn’t stop heartburn but for me it stops my throat from burning. Maybe your case is more serious.
I just really love eating, food is so delicious and it makes me really sad that it doesn’t feel the same way about me.

Yes…use kangen machine alkaline water…Iam cured in 4 to 6 months
The longer you have acid reflux, it will become more severe and potentionally cause serious health issues, I suggest switching up your diet
My doctor told me to take Pepcid twice daily. How are you now?
@Yr Ysf Usually yes .. But not in the case of the Dark Chocolate Almond milk.. As soon as I drink it I have instant relief … Also recently I have been using Baking soda and it also helps very fast …
i had bad acid reflux a few minutes ago, felt like it was burning through my throat but a little bit of baking soda and some water makes it alot better, also it tastes really bad lol

Now I am in my early 30s and when I was 19 years old after stuffing myself eating a meal then around 20 min later I felt really uncomfortable and I couldn’t breathe properly it honestly felt like something burst inside my stomach and I felt really uneasy. It has calcium carbonate in it. The same ingredient that ‘Tums’ are made out of.

Idk if this is acid reflux but this rarely happens. I feel something come up, but it goes right back down. No pain or anything. It never goes into my mouth, and I cant spit it out.

I have beaten my GERD and finally free from it after 2 months.
These are the things I’ve done:
1. PRAY Everyday to GOD
2. Drink multivitamins
3. Exercise or yoga every morning
4. Eat fruits and vegetables every day (BANANA)
5. Eat lean meat, like chicken or fish
6. Avoid sour, spicy and fatty foods
7. Eat slowly and eat little
8. Walk 20-30 mins after each meal
9. Sleep atleast 6-8 hours everyday
10. Take deep breathes, when im feeling stressed
11. Take a break when im feeling tired
12. Practice deep breathing exercises
13. Meditate
14. Write on my notebook to express my feelings when im being anxious
15. Talk to your family, friends love ones if you need help.
16. Drink probiotics
17. Eat a lot of cucumbers
18. Drink a lot of water and also drink 1 glass of water 30 mins before you eat

Drink goat milk everyday. Don’t drink cow milk or soy milk tho
