I woke up 4:00am this morning and ran across this workout. I tried it and really like these workouts. Not vigorous to the point of making you sick. Very motivated exercise to do each morning.
I just found your workouts and I’ve enjoyed them so far, however my only suggestion would be to describe the next move during the break so someone that has never done them before can have proper form.
