Today is my 9th day.
I am strictly adhering to this diet plan along with 40 minutes morning walk and 45 minutes evening workout.
But i am not able to see much weight loss.
In all these days i have been able to loose only 3 kgs.
Kindly tell where i am lacking because i need to loose more of 12kgs before 1st jan as i am preparing for medical examination of ssb.

Hello ma’am, I’m 16 years old and I’m interested in following this diet plan, actually I have PCOD and my weight is around 87 kgs and I want it to be 50 kgs atleast, so I just had some doubts regarding this diet plan that is :-
1. Already because of PCOD I’m having severe hair fall so will this diet plan and nutrients which this diet includes will affect more to my hair that is will it cause any kind of damage to my hair like nutritional deficiencies etc or rather will it help to stop my hair fall more effectively/efficiently?
2. Will it cause any problem to my skin? Because currently my skin is alright, I’m not having any problems related to skin.
Or basically will this diet plan have any side effects on my body?

following you from last two months and after using your diet i lost 9 kg in two months but from last week we starting your this plan but now my weight struck at 57″ i was on 68 kg and now this week no moment in weight.. no using salt after breakfast in lunch or dinner..
just struggling with dinner time as my office timing is late and my dinner time is 9 pm instead of 7pm rest properly following your diet.. pls help this is really my first time to share comments thank you.
