This was a great workout. It surprised me, and reminded me I still have some work to do on my core. I’m almost one year post-hysterectomy. Still feel twinges of pain but those are easing up as I get stronger. Love your workouts!
I just love this one, sometimes at the end of a hard day, I don’t have the energy to stand up but I still get a good challenging workout!
