Be consistantly for 1-3 years. Don’t expect quick changes….it will come with time.
Cellulite can be unflattering, but it isn’t repulsive. I worked out 5 days a week, lifting weights using progressive overload method and I had a clean and balanced diet for 9 months straight. I started out at 24% body fat. I got down to 18% body fat. I had 6 pack abs, nice round shoulders and toned biceps, my quads split and were nicely defined, and my glutes were toned… and I STILL had cellulite on the back of my legs. I had to work SO hard to get body fat down lower and lower because I wanted it gone. Every month I’d cut more calories from my diet and add more weight at the gym. Then I realized that I would literally have to be 15-16% body fat for far too long for it to finally go away. I just wasn’t willing to do that. I also wasn’t as mentally healthy and I thought having a great body would make everything better, but it didn’t. I was bitter and jealous and more insecure than I had ever been in my life and especially towards my husband who I thought would somehow want to worship me or something for being so hardworking and fit. He didn’t. He actually didn’t even treat me any different at all besides the “You look good, babe” statements after I prompted him. It took me so long to realize that I am his wife and he truly loves me just as I am. I didn’t have to do all that to be happy or to make him happy. Ill take the cheesies yet happy any day over being fit and insecure. I hope whoever needed to see this did and I hope you find contentment with what you have.
I fast for Ramadan 30 days of dry fasting from sun up to sun down. The cellulite disappears, it’s my eating habits and lack of exercise that brings it back. This time I am going to do the exercises to make sure it stays gone! Also I will be doing a Lymphatic Cleanse!

I’m here to tell you that it will work! For three months I’ve been intermittent fasting (8/16), eating vegetarian (with eggs), hiking 3.5 miles a day, consuming almost no sugar, and my cellulite is almost completely gone. It might sound harsh and restrictive but it took years to build up and it feels absolutely terrific to put on a bathing suit and look amazing . I’m 56 yo and went from 169lbs to 154. Aiming for 6 more pounds in the next 4 weeks. You can do it!

I LOVE YOU SO MUCH. I’ve never gotten a straight answer from anyone as to why cellulite happens and how to lower it, but you finally shed tons of light on it. I started Keto yesterday and have saved all your videos. You give me hope that I will get to love my body as much as I love my soul. I’ll be forever grateful.
First saw this video about 3 months ago, and afterwards applied this suggestion by Dr Berg, focusing solely on it as a long term goal. I began doing full body exercises, going to the gym, and then giving myself 3 days or so intervals for my body to rest. Of course I have been doing a Keto diet as well as intermittent fasting for over a year now , so all sugar and snacks gone, (also I’m vegetarian so makes this double difficult) yet I am pleased to report that it works! My Cellulites are slowly disappearing. I use to have a massive dimple in front of my thigh that right now has almost disappeared even though its only been 3 months! I shall continue doing this. Its tough to be disciplined and stick to a schedule this strict but the great results makes it all worth it!

Sage Dakota, LMFT true! But surgery is not for everybody. Liposuction can end badly if not done properly (go to a good specialist) and even like that this is not a magic solution. You will need to maintain your body. Sometimes doctors don’t tell you that (if it’s a good doc they will), because ppl think “oh got surgery, I can eat and do whatever I want” and it’s not like that. And sometimes if you got ur problem back (in this case cellulite) sometimes it’s hard or can’t be fixed overtime cuz your gonna look worse….

I know you can do it .. make sure to breakdown your fasting at the end of the day with nutrition food soup meats juice a lot of water in like 3 days you will feel the difference also make sure to not only sleep or get lazy during the day fasting make it active day you will be fine 🙂

It seems like you already had some sort of insecurities related to your husband. Why did you expect him to worship you, relating to weight loss? Why was his perception or opinion even a factor in what you wanted to improve with yourself? First off, we as women should only change things that bother us directly. Second, we all know how men are, they don’t notice if you are 28% BF vs 21%😂, plus love is unconditional! Also you tried “all these things for 9 months”? It took your body “X” amount of years to develop into how it is now, you can’t undo 25, 45, 65 years in less than 1 year. As Dr. Berg stated, this is a huge, detailed issue with many components(fat cells, fascia, inflammation, insulin, weight loss, etc) that need addressing continuously before we can see great improvements!😉

Problem: from what you wrote, you were doing it FOR SOMEONE ELSE–“YOUR HUSBAND” which is why it was unsatisfying for YOU….😔. You MUST do it for yourself THEN it won’t matter what others think. Of course you’d like some kind of acknowledgement from your man but if not, YOU would still be ok with what little he says cause you did it for YOU! (…is he overweight? If so, another reason he’s not into it…).

everything goes to intermittent fasting. I cannot fast that way due to being a kidney transplant patient nor can i do keto because i need all 5 food groups in my diet. is there other options besides fasting and keto??
