Can you please do a similar video for the neck pain due to wearing helmets?
It will be really helpful
Powerdrift is really concern and care for the people.
When my kids will be learning motorcycling I will suggest them to see powerdrift and shumi sir in podcast…
Hahaha! You could always enrol them in TWO – http://www.indimotard.com/two
We just wanna help you guys be better riders.
Just when I have planned to go for a trip..this comes as a blessing…PD army..long way to go!!!
bhai saab! 😓
Please make longer podcasts . These are just too short. Hope you could bring Varun and Shumi together in podcasts just like the first few episodes. Those were the perfect ; fun and informative 🙏
I really is the concern for you englissss
(Just poking fun, no offense intended)
Once again, Shumi is here to make our lives better. Thank you good sir. 😺🤙🏻
Oh those are fun! Thanks for the suggestion, Aniket!
Having a strong core regiment solves 60% of your problems. I rode from Trivandrum to Banglore in 11 hours on my 2018 D390, stopping only for lunch at Salem. The only problem I had was my right aching because of my backpack position, the skin of my bum from friction and heart ache from petrol prices.
Woo hoo! Wishing you safe travels, comrade!
@Rahul Balasundaram Bruh!
That my sentence is riddled with grammatical errors, it’s supposed to be ironic.
Next time try and use a little of your brain.
Cheers
Guys please do a video on proper braking. It is something that we use 100% of the times we ride and there are a lot of misconceptions out there. I think it’ll be a good topic coming from seasoned riders like yourselves.
As always enormously detailed and informative. Thank you so much Shumi!
Speaking of helmets.. Would love if you guys could review the LS2 Challenger GT.. Seems like a worthy buy.. But want to hear it from the PDArmy!
Glad it helps! Would you share this with your friends? It would really help us!
Recorded already! Coming soon!
Ahahahahaah! Good on you! Bum friction usually means your seat cover material is slippy (replace?) or you’re not holding the bike firmly enough.
Noted! Thank you!
@shumar nothing actually, just stock KTM seats ☹️. I tried to get that gel seat, unfortunately there was no stock.
Awesome! Have a good one!
Helmet’s typically hurt if they’re badly made or you have weak neck muscles or not used to them.
@shumar thanks a lot shumi…
@PowerDrift excited!!
Perfect timing from PowerDrift. I just did 850kms in less than 2 days and my back was killing me. Thanks for the solutions!!
Hey PD !!! This was an amazing video. As always Shumi rocks in delivering the information to us viewers. I would like to open up a new topic. I agree we can avoid backpacks by carrying luggages in alternative luggage systems like Shumi mentioned. However, there are hydra packs (hydration bags) that many riders carry the water in and a 3 liter hydrapack is of considerable weight. Can you make a video on this and also the importance of hydration during a ride
Hello Sir! Just fell in love with this video.. Please keep it up nd give us more knowledge…….. love!!!!
I don’t feel bored at any point in shumi videos.. His presentation is always amazing…
It felt like Shumi is talking to one on one !! Amazing content and so well explained … Thank you PD!!
Next video suggestions : 1. Engine braking during downshifts
2. How to ride during break-in periods and how manufacturers don’t give the full picture
3. Understanding tire tread depth and knowing when to change
@shumar Do a podcast on how to ride bike fast on roads and what things to keep in mind
Don’t fill it to full! I’ve a 3 litre and I almost always carry a litre and a bit
Whatever schumi teaches me it directly fits in my head forever 🔥
I wish i had a school teacher like schumi 😝 i would have been an automobile engineer today 🤣
@PowerDrift but this is not affordable
I’m an automobile engineering student nd learning from him
@shumar 🙌🏾
@Anirud Jagdhish M 1
@Adventure With Pritam kyjjjykul
Such good tips 😍
Getting used to holding the bike with lower body is definitely strenuous, but, feels super stable as well.
Gotta do the chicken test on straights 😂👍
Why not upgrade this video with visual inputs on various riding positions, angles etc
Or u can get a good lightweight helmet
Thanks Shumi and team for making content for rider’s to learn something from experienced rider and experts..
M really loving these series…
I am a physiotherapist dealing with the bike fits for bikes and cycling people when I talk to people about bike fit they will not give a dam about that laugh out for the charges and later on if they don’t get a bike fit done they become my patient for the overuse stress on joint and muscle leading to either stoping to bike our more pay check to doctor….
If you are interested we can do a bike fit small podcast for a sports tourer like Kawasaki ninja 1000
@abhishek unni hey I ride a duke 390 and I use ride on air seat I recently did Bangalore to Mangalore trip n took like 20 min break over all and this ride on air really was comfortable and I didn’t get any discomfort at all… But a word of caution if you use this ride on air there is a noticeable difference of seat height and your ergonomic ll change…. But for me I have been using handle bar raiser from long time it was not that much of a problem……
@NIKHIL H PRASAD Thanks bro. And I had gone through 2 popular company airbags and both betrayed me.
I am actually going for memory foam one this time, but it’s more expens.
Honestly. Wish someone actually taught me things like this
PD is doing a brilliant job in educating the general public regarding bikes and riding. These kind of contents are very important when a channel promotes bikes and cars so much! kudos to you! Hopefully we’ll see a lot more informed and educated riders on the roads and a lot less chapris on their KTMs who will end up in a hospital or worse!
@Sufiyan Shariff a ee4t
Yes they should start a political party!
