This is a flow that has been very comforting for my lower back pain. I hurt my back at work last year and was experiencing a lot of discomfort. I started doing this program earlier this year and was feeling really good. Got away from it for a bit and the discomfort came back. Getting back to it. Thanks Krystin!
Thank you so much for the slow and easy movements. Chronic pain and recurring slipped disc sufferer here and I have just avoided exercise for too long due to the exaggerated pain. My muscles are so out of use I kept cramping up on some but I was able to stretch it out and return to the routine. I plan to do this several times a week and once I can easily get through this, then I can move to the next level.
