Invaluable advice for lower back pain
I think you need to change your title from Dr. to Saint.
The exercises you show are simple, practical and effective. Working in a cramped forklift cab, I had trouble turning my neck because of tight shoulders and painful lower back. Using a few of your techniques and Oh.My.God the relief.
And now you provide another simple stretch that’s easy and effective. Simple to do and easy on the body. Thank you👍

I saw a guy at the school gym do a variation of the second exercise- he was doing bench presses, then lifted his lower body, legs together, while holding onto the barbell (while it was in the support rack), twisting his entire lower body side to side while his upper body stayed flat on the bench….

I have a left nerve degenerative with bursitis in the hip and I was doing this exercise and I got a severe charlie horse I’m going to try and work it out thank you for this stretch they’re all very good thank you
