oh my gosh :O that was crazy, my back was killing me and once i did this it just like went away. i mean its still there but its a lot less worse than what it was 😀

I like to do a variety of stretches after dumbbell exercises. Tai Chi gives me a purpose in movement without weights, and helps reduce pain. Would be good to see more videos or longer ones like this.

The woman at 0:55 is accurate in what she says about the significance of deeper muscles over the larger ones. Strength has to build up from within before it can tackle heavier projects. Tai chi and karate are great ways in which to strengthen deep muscle and stretch tendons which make your body ready to pound the weights hard.
Tai Chi is also found to be a cancer killer, it reduces the pain and makes you live longer in the long term for sure.
Definitely works. I started doing tai chi for back pain years ago and at first it was causing extra stress just to go slow! LOL! As my body adjusted every time I did it, I felt a literal sensation like cool water running up and down my spine. It was refreshing and wonderful. Needless to stay my back pain has lessened CONSIDERABLY as a result of doing these exercises. Soooo glad I started doing tai chi.
One of the other hidden benefits of tai chi is that it gives your mind something ELSE to focus on as you’re working through your pain, as opposing to “waiiting passively” for your pain medication to kick in!

Great to hear that, the program is based on medical evidence. All my tai chi for health programs especially tai chi for back pain; tai chi for arthritis and rehabilitation focused on dan tian breathing method which includes the strengthening of the group of muscles called Deep Stablizers (or the core muscle). It was proven by medical studies that strengthening the Deep Stablizers reduce back pain and prevent recurrence by 60-70 %. So keep practicing and it will become more and more effective, and at the same time you would also improve you physical and mental health, improve immunity and relaxation as shown by 500 medical studies.
