I hurt my back yesterday and I’ve been in pain since. I tried ibuprofen, a heating pad and some bio freeze and nothing really helped. I used to practice yoga about 3 years ago but I moved somewhere that is hard to find a good class. I thought I would try to find a yoga video for back pain and try it today. I came across you and did two of your videos. The pain is almost all gone now. 🙌🏻. I’m glad I found you here. I can’t wait to do other videos of yours. 💜

I was in pretty bad pain/stiff in my lower back and dealing with severe anxiety issues. I put on this video havin a border line anxiety attack, ended it feelin extremely relaxed and much looser! Made my anxiety disappear! This is so helpful during this corona quarantine! Thank you Adriene! Comin from the least flexible person on the east coast, I’ve tried yoga classes but can never keep up. This really works for me

I’ve recently been feeling really, really sore and tight in my back and shoulders due to some work I’ve been doing around the house, and I’ve been trying IcyHot and heating pads and aleve to help with the soreness and aches, but last night, I decided to try out some yoga. I did this yoga practice, along with 10 minute neck shoulders back practice, and I was sooo tight while working through this, but waking up today, there is so much less soreness and much less aching in my back and shoulders. I may make this routine a nightly practice. It was so easy to follow and made me feel so good afterwards. I’ll definitely be trying more of your routines as I progress.

I have 2 herniated discs in my lower back and just had another flare up last night – the pain was excruciating by this morning and I wasn’t sure I would be mobile today, but I found your video and gave it a try. Just completed and I feel INCREDIBLY better! Back pain isn’t totally gone, but I can actually move and don’t feel worried that one wrong step is going to make my muscles seize. THANK YOU! I’ll be doing this again tonight. Just subscribed, can’t wait to do more of your videos! You help more people than you know!
I tweaked my back yesterday – I’m was feeling bummed because I wanted to keep going with the Oct ‘21 calendar, but I needed to listen to my body, and today I fund myself here. I feel more relief at the end of the video than I did in the beginning 🙏🏼
might also try calcium, magnesium, and vitamin d, as all those are good for your bones and muscles. can actually get calc and d just from milk; magnesium supplements are cheap thankfully make sure it’s not mag oxide.
