Thanks for the truth. Many years back I had back pain, I improved the posture & the condition causing it & it was gone gradually within 1 year. I put wooden stand on the chair so that my back is straight while sitting, that improved my sitting posture & I took pillow that was not very thick, that improved my sleeping posture sleeping straight.
And I practiced walking straight & sitting straight with wall or wood stand support wherever needed.
Thus No more back pain.
Once lifting big heavy thing leaded to backpain but it goes automatically within few days when I stopped lifting heavy things.
I thought my testimonial will help others so I posted my experience.
Who else is suffering from really bad back pain?
My back has been hurting since 3rd grade bc I’ve been pushed down to the curb and I couldn’t breath. I went to the doctor and they said I didn’t had a broken bone. Now I’m turning into 9th and now my back feels better but my dad was playing around to much he put my head upside down and fell backwards on the bed it felt like a was paralyzed for 5 minutes or more and that happend 3 days ago and now when I sleep It hurts my back.
Weird thing. More time I spend sitting or whatever I get back pain. It goes away when I go running and keep my back straight. It’s almost like it eases the pressure. So the answer is do exercise and strengthen your back muscles but keep your back straight and maintain proper form.
My back hurt so much rn this is almost an everyday thing ☹️

I skipped my college today because of back pain. Around 3 months ago i lifted something very heavy and since then I’ve been suffering with back pain. I wish i get rid of it. Back pain is invisible but so bad on the other hand.
I am guilty of about 4 out of the 5 he just mentioned here, boy, am paying a price for it.
Also sleeping on your stomach can give you lower back and neck pain (self-inflicted pains that we not even aware of)

Leon, the five back pain causes you described are related or connected to sedentary people who aren’t doing any sports in their lives. For you in the business you know the consequences of not complying and same for me who knows the danger of neglecting the stretching regularly when we sit down too long. Bad habits too and complacency due to laziness. When I am at the computer I usually set an alarm every hour to get up and do stretching exercise like we are preparing for a game or doing workout in the gym. Using the mobile to text messages and watching youtubes is going to cost many countries millions to provide health care for their citizens young and old due neck problems in the next generation. I have been warning my grand children about the back and neck pain they are going to suffer if they do not watch their posture. It is a worldwide problem.
Setting the alarm to get up, move around or stretch, every 30-60 min is a really good idea!

1. Slouching from texting or reading.
2. Rounding your spine when you pick things up/bending down.
3. Arching your back causing hyperlordosis/Anterior pelvic tilt.
4. Overhead work straining on neck and upper back.
5. Excessive sitting, especially is a poor posture!
I once had horrendous back pains for a week, unlocalized. Ibuprofen didn’t work. Opioids make me severely nauseous. As I turned in my prescription for a muscle relaxant, I started having suicidal thoughts. I was shocked to have these thoughts as they didn’t make sense. Then I went home, took out my food allergy test results, and saw that sunflower seeds were an allergen that gave me back pains and depression. It took 72 hours for my immune system to calm down. The depression left and so did the back pains.

Five Common Reasons
0:47 Slouching from texting & reading, working on computer (neck comes down, hunching shoulders )
1:41 hunching over when picking stuff up (lots of pressure on spine and disks, try to keep spine straight when picking sth up)
2:39 arching back back while picking up
3:43 working overhead (strain on neck & upper back, do self massage and take regular breaks)
4:53 sitting too long esp. with bad posture
i guess the last reason is why most of us are here. Online school and work is really bad for our back, hope this helps!
