Hello, thanks for the vid-this is helpful. My lower back pain started about 2 years ago completely out of the blue and wasn’t caused by an accident or heavy lifting. I got out of my car from a few hours drive & my back was very tight & has been the same ever since. I stretch every morning & afternoon & still no better. I have recently had issues with passing urine & my prostrate is ok. Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks
Thank you Dr Ebraheim For everything you did for me as you were the doctor that i came to before my lawsuit when i was hit by a semi truck and lost both legs Thanks again for you expertise
I was 37 when I was diagnosed with severe lower lumbar spinal stenosis from L2-L5 ,they had to do a laminectomy(open decompression). My neurosurgeon told me that if I didn’t get the surgery that I had a 99% chance of being paralyzed, 2 years later and I’m doing fairly well.

I had a 24/7 low back pain for about 1 months straight. I was told about ” backpainrono method ” so I started follow treatment and by the 3rd day the pain was 100% gone. That was about 2 weeks ago and so far no pain whatsoever. That’s my story.
Thank you so much Dr. sharing important information. My mother has low back pain.
I had acute low back pain for 1 year 35 years ago. I was in a plane and was reading an article in a news paper.
it said if you have severe low back pain means your abdominal walls are weak.
push ups will will make your abdominal walls stronger and low back pain will disappear.
I did push ups for one week 15 mnts a day.
my pain disappeared within few days.
I never got low back pain again.
I do push ups 3 times a week.
I live a healthy life.
I faced this lower back pain for almost 2 months and thinking it would go away in a while I was taking pain killers almost everyday because I was studying abroad. When it didn’t go away, I came back to my country and got it checked. So, I was diagnosed with ‘Spinal Tuberculosis’ or ‘ Potts Spine’ and now after a year of treatment I feel fine. But the pain really sucks tbh!
Hi… And thanks for the video its really helpful.. My lower back pain started 2 years ago. And wasn’t caused by any accident, heavy weight lifting nor i am driving any vehicle. I am doing only my daily homes…. But when I try to get up while resting my right side from back to foot it pains a lot.
Thank you Doctor Nabil. Your very: informative and easy to understand your professional teaching.

one doc told me by doing that I will never have back problem
Following a backward fall and serious injury to lower back at work, I’d spent my workman’s comp time with a homeopathic chiropractor who’d performed at least one prior miracle for a rhomboid nightmare. I’d spent decades in laborious jobs from baling tons of hay per day, to restoring and moving pianos, to boatyard work, and historic renovation construction and never had much more than an occasional strained lower back.
I finally arrived at lower back agony with leg pain and rather worrisome pelvic numbness. My empathy for those living with that soared. For 2 weeks we’d used the electrical stimulation, realignment efforts, and no improvement. It was Monday of week 3 when this absolute wizard had me stand and tilt my head back. He put on the gloves, placed middle finger and thumb all the way back behind my molars and squeezed inward, while rotating my head gently.
CURED!!!!! This was 2001 or so. I cannot recall ANY lower back pain in the years since, despite my 63 years. In those few minutes, it was as if no injury had occurred and my pelvic region “woke up”; numbness and pain gone.
I should also share my incredible success from acupuncture sessions. Due to a flareup of Sicilian temper aggravated by deliberate excess consumption of draft beer in 110 degree F Baltimore heat, I’d suffered rather extreme shattering of bones in right hand. For over a decade, two seemingly reckless surgeries followed with a diagnosis of reflex sympathetic dystrophy (RSD), my hand was purple-gray…….. it seemed to glow with agony. In sweltering MidAtlantic summer heat, my hand was always ice cold. I’d been taken to see an acupuncturist and after about 15 sessions, temperature and color had normalized. I can’t say that pain was much alleviated, though. That was actually generated by the years of opioid analgesia; “opiate-generated pain” is IMO a phenomenon attached to tolerance. At some point, tolerance and efforts to outrun the pain with increase in dosage actually results in worse pain:
“The worse I hurt
the more I need
the more I take
the worse I hurt”
and of course that accompanied by the obligatory stigma onslaughts and inevitable triumphant abuse from surgeon to pharmacy. Smirking insults give them a lofty sort of superiority……. character attacks really helpful.
“Is it possible the opiates are making my pain WORSE?”, answered with grumbling, suspicious “OF COURSE NOT!!!!!!”. Really? Well, what ‘flagged drug seeker’ would ask such a question? The gift came as I titrated……… as I reduced dosage of oxycodone, so did the pain begin to subside. A mistake in the Rx caused a catastrophic sudden cessation of regimen; I went from 640 mg/day to zero. Following (honor roll, if it existed) completion in the hospital’s rehab of all programs from inpatient to all outpatient, I had ZERO desire to ever use another opioid analgesic but my pain was still horrendous. My outpatient detox nurse suggested a TINY dose of Prozac and to report back to her. 4 days later, NO PAIN. That was 2007. I’d failed to refill and once again, back in pretty severe pain. Okay, I’ll follow the suggestion to give it another try. One month of 20 mg/day Prozac and DONE. About 14 years 95% pain-free.
Most unfortunately, though, having the “O” word in your chart, even if dated 20 years ago, gets you the remotest end of the ER waiting area. In September, run down by a car while riding my bicycle, taken by ambulance to hospital, I recalled my RN mother’s accounts of “frequent flyers”; they come to the ER for pain meds for hiccups, bad hair day, etc………. I saw 20 waiting patients come and go as I waited endless hours with cracked clavicle, broken ribs, and torn rotator cuffs diagnosed days later by an actual physician. Even in the emergency surgery to remove gangrenous gall bladder, appendix, and part of colon, I declined opioid analgesia, opting for anti-inflammatory Toradol. That’s apparently still considered ‘drug seeker’ behavior! The “O” word in your charts is a life sentence with a “kick me” tattoo and ER staff just can’t help but sling the abuse.
Hope something herewith helps some poor soul or their loved one.

@Kelly Mcbrewer They are giving me shots in the back but since those stopped working I have to go in this Wednesday and they are going to shoot some sort of crystals in my back to freeze the herniated disc.

@TheKirky , sounds like you got some sort of disease. Time to see another Dr.
EVEN if it’s all “mental”, it’s a disease that needs to be addressed. Have you had an MRI?
@Adam Taylor , I had the same problem and fortunately, it semi healed on its own. It took about a year, though. I was bed ridden and could only lay on my back with a pillow under my knees to alleviate the pain. The pain eventually went back down. I hope this happens for you.
Very helpful, thanks for those detailed explanations!
Dear Dr. I was in 3 accidents one motorcycle accident almost fatal I broke both legs my ankle and both arms. I had a very high pain tolerance, but after the 3rd accidents I had a partial knee replacemen. this happened in 2020 October however, my lower back lumber spine and my neck is troubling me very much, there was a report that there is a lesion on my lower back I used to go for injection in my spine every six months.

Your thoughts on bulging L5/S1 discs into the nerve causing 10/10 sciatic pain all down the leg?
Unbearable pain & sensations unthinkable.
Offered emergency operation but meanwhile put on 3.6gms Gabapentin per day (highest dose) & codeine. Within 10days pain subsided to 5/10 & decided against the operation on operation day due to risks involved.
Surgeon said, happy that I decided against & in time 5+ years soft tissue can grow between the damaged discs & nerve, stopping the pain altogether.
7 years on & a slow coming off Gabapentin, the pain has gone completely.
It seems the surgeon was 100% correct.
Your thoughts please?

@Siddharth Rawat
Among all the medical branches, Orthopedic suggestions must be taken with a lot of counter opinions. You show the same MRI to 5 different doctors and opinions vary to a large extent in contrast to other disciplines of medical science. You will be surprised how well other alternative therapies cure seemingly impossible or surgery cases in orthopedics. So really have to look around before going for any surgery.
Hi siddharth.. Can you give an idea how much it did it cost you in total for one year of treatment..
godspeed
