I love the banana vogurt smoothie so much! I have it often. A suggestion if you don’t wanna add yogurt I sometimes add almond milk instead it tastes really good too😊

1 banana
1/3 avocado
1 cup frozen blueberries or mixed berry
1/2 cup water
pinch cinnamon
pinch vanilla powder
chocolate smoothie:
1 banana
1/3 avocado
2-4 tsp cacoa powder
1/3 cup water
1 tsp maple syrup
ice
banana- yogurt smoothie:
1 banana
2/3 cup yogurt
1/4 cup water
pinch cinnamon
pinch vanilla powder
1 tbs nut butter
ice
I tried the blueberry smoothie and it was soooooo delicious! I even made some for my family en they loved it😂❤️
Blueberry Smoothie – 380 calories with the added nut butter and 280 calories without it
Healthy Chocolate Smoothie – 300 calories with the added nut butter and 200 calories without it
Banana Yoghurt Smoothie – 300 calories with the added nut butter and 200 calories without it

It tastes actually pretty good and I don’t like avocados but I couldn’t taste it

I didn’t really like the texture of this one
I could taste the raw coco powder and it didn’t taste good

Thank you so much for these recipes! I’ve been making these smoothies for breakfast for the past week and I’m not sick of it because they are delicious and keeps me full for quite some time. I’ve lost 2kg in the past week (along with healthy meals for lunch and dinner of course) and I feel great!
I’ve been trying so many diets for so long and usually these diets blocks out carbs totally. However, the key to losing healthy weight is through a balanced diet that includes all the food groups.

I tried the banana yogurt one and it was so good! I’ve never really had smoothies before but now I’m eager to try more! Very healthy alternative compared to what I usually eat lol
@Lillie Torres I’ve also been doing the same (started a new workout routine and I’m tracking my macros using myfitnesspal.) I just want to say if you’re working out you may lose fat but not weight because of the muscle gain, I’ve lost inches around my waistline and put on 2 pounds.

I have this smoothie everytime I’ve finished working out.
2/3 cups of almond milk
1/2 cup of Greek yoghurt
Heaped tbsp vanilla protein powder
1 banana
Teaspoon of cinnamon
These ingredients are exactly enough to fill up my glass. It tastes like a banana milkshake and the cinnamon gives it that extra kick in flavour. You could make it without the protein powder, I just like to because it gives me that extra boost after working out.

Yes I would add unsweetened almond milk
RECIPES
1:00 *blueberry smoothie*
1 banana
1/3 of avocado

2:16 *Chocolate smoothie*
1 banana
1/3 avocado
2-4 tsp cocoa powder (unsweetened cacao powder)

optional-1tbsp macademia nut butter (can sub w almond or cashew nut)
optional-bit of cinnamon and vanilla ground powder
1tsp maple syrup (optional)
+ice cubes
3:50 *Banana yogurt smoothie*
1 banana
2/3 cup coconut yogurt (can use other type yogurt)
1/4 cup water
can add cinnamon and vanilla powder
optional-1tbsp unsweetened/natural peanut butter
can add ice cubes

@Yajaira Bazan It doesn’t speed up weight loss or anything. There is no such thing as a magic food. The only way to lose weight is by being in a caloric deficit. Smoothies are healthy for you though and protein helps turns your fat into muscle so you eventually will look lean instead of skinny fat.
You technically can eat whatever you want as long as you are within your calories but you would feel like crap eventually and body composition would be a bit off.
The main takeaway is to eat less than you burn to lose weight and to eat enough protein to build up your muscle.
