1st week lost 14 lbs. this is the second week and weigh in is on Sunday morning. Have also done light exercise to help myself.
I 100% recommend this drink for losing belly fat! I’ve tried for 3 different stints and the first time I tried, the first couple of days I lost 1.5kgs with low impact exercise (walking). I’ve been so addicted to using this drink that during my 3rd stint I managed to lose 11kgs in 2 weeks by eating healthy and regular workouts. Remember everyone’s body composition is different so don’t be discouraged if you don’t see results as fast as you’d like. In my opinion it works!

Do we use the entire pineapple?
For everyone asking for specific details regarding recipe measurements, how many ounces to drink, can it be refrigerated. I would suggest using half the cucumber, one lemon, half the ginger, and half of the pineapple. Boil pineapple peel with 1 cup of water. After blending all ingredients, strain it before drinking. Then whatever amount of ounces you get, drink half in the morning. Store the remaining half in a mason jar and drink in the evening. Remember keep it simple.
I just started this diet yesterday and it flushed my system immediately the next morning! I’ve never had a detox that strong before, its incredible! I would basically make the same thing but instead i would boil it and make tea, but drinking it all as one smoothie is *way* more effective! Thank you for sharing this miracle juice!

If I want to lose 30lbs in month mainly belly fat I just drink this two glasses a day morning night I’m guessing correct ? This will replace meals ? I’m extremely bloated and constipated I need a major cleanse and everything gutted out

This is an awesome recipe! I noticed someone experienced dramatic weight loss during their first week. It is certainly possible, but as you start eating solid foods again, some of the weight will return. I’m not sure this was intended to be a fasting drink, although I’m sure it can be. The video did say drink 1 in the morning and 1 at night on an empty stomach, so I’m guessing lighter, plant-based meals during the day to encourage weight loss. As a side note, Jamaicans have been doing this for a long time. That’s how I learned the benefits of pineapple peels.

UPDATE: 4/24: another pound down! I took a little break from it since making this is very time consuming but during my break I was on a calorie deficit diet! I named a few things I eat on a daily basis in the comments
4/15-I’ve lost 1 pound so far I’ve also been working out multiple times throughout the week & watching what I eat as well. Will continue to update!

@Gaelle Chatelier yep the pineapple was marked down to $1.98 the lemons were .62 each and the cucumber was under .50 so yeah it didn’t cost me much but it was way to thick to drink and I used my ninja

I’m starting my weightloss journey today. I usually have a hard time sticking to my diets, but I’m praying this time will be different!
I drink one green smoothie a day with kale, spinach, blueberries, strawberries, organic coconut oil, and lime juice. I also eat breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Each meal 500 calories minimum and the one large smoothie at night about two hours before bed. I eat, everyday, good proteins, carbs, and fat every meal. I went from 240lbs to 161lbs with zero workouts/sedentary lifestyle. Smoothies are awesome and really gets those nutrients in. 16lbs to go but I will continue my smoothies and may even start doing two a day more consistently.
Oh sweet, my mom used to make me this all the time while I was being active and working out every day .. honestly it’s the BEST because it keeps you full in the morning and makes u feel fresh, then energized and helps you on your workout I lost 60 pounds when I worked out and used that drink to help with cravings or sleep binges, without it it’s a lot harder to lose a pound because of cravings and sleep binging.
Idk if it just me but I think my mom adds something in sometimes to make it sweeter a little but I don’t know tbh

Well,I don’t know about you tho,it didn’t work for a friend of mine.I hope it works for you.she was same size as you too,she was in so much pain and embarrassment,from both family and friends 🥺,not until she was recommended a course on weight loss and it doesn’t require back breaking exercises or even starving.. she enjoyed every process,and in 30 days,she lost the weight she wanted. She felt soo happy.

No shortcuts. This smoothie helps but you need to burn the fat. A drink won’t do that. The only way to loose fat without working out is be in a caloric deficit which means eat less calories than you burn daily so your body takes the stored fat and uses it as energy. Simple right?
Should i replace my breakfast and dinner with this drink to make work for losing weight?
@Binaya Thulung You have to drink it first thing in the morning or (if you workout out) you would then have to drink it 2 hours later before working out :), you don’t have to replace your dinner but breakfast yes

❤️ so I began to juice this recipe 4 days ago.. I’m already down 4 lb 🥰 I feel like this is the cleanest I have felt in a long time I’m so happy that I found this channel I also order this drink when I am out and I stop by a juice bar I’ve even introduced this to the owner and now she added it to her menu for me 😀 if you are looking for a great cleanse… this is by far one of the best ones I’ve tried on the Internet .. well, besides the detox made with turmeric.. cinnamon.. black pepper and ginger.. that is best hot 2x daily Soooo!! what are you waiting for get to the grocery store and get these items now today not tomorrow and also be prepared to be next to the toilet it won’t hurt you you won’t get those fussy cramps but you will go and you will go well ❤️

Update: I took the smoothie last night and this morning. Let me be the first to say that this is the most disgusting thing I’ve ever tasted (mainly because of the ginger) but the smoothie is an amazing way to detox my body. I woke up feeling amazing. I had energy and I just feel lighter (because I’m not bloated). Even though I hate how it tastes I will continue to drink it because the pros outweigh the cons.

@Cat Clark lots of people asking the same stupid questions: what did you eat??? Then ,what’s the point to be on green juice if you still eating ?? This is a cleanser guys , you don’t need to eat anything else, just drink 6 bottles a day (500 ml) , morning-noon-night and that’s that. Nobody died so far . So many people are doing water fasting for so many days and same thing, nobody dies.
