This man does cardio like 6 hours a day. He could likely afford more sugar than most, is what I’m gathering. Also, the cereal keeps him happy so maybe that’s part of it too. It’s not a diet for everyone, but it works for him.

The fruit and bananas are fine . I have those with kafir yoghurt and stones rolled oats , chia seeds and sunflower seeds . Quick and easy for pre- first training session . I’ve been involved in karate since 1981 and was a England team karateka in the 1980’s and 1990’s .
We had no weight categories at all !!!
I avoid cereals as they are all processed and full of crap .

I viewed food as fuel in my competitive days . I’m now 55 , still training daily and still watching my dietary health . We are what we eat and an athletes success is also at the refrigerator door !!!
