Been thinking about getting one, but the thought of the doctor sneezing and off it goes scares me
Andrew, you have to remember to tie Nick down before you tell him what you’re going to do lol
Really interesting and informative, as always! Keep up the good work
Nick, why did you want to have yours done? I know you have a son, but did you think that one was enough, or do you have other kids?
Thanks for the Video !!!
Big big question, do you end up with constant “blue balls” ?! I need to know please…. I want to get this done soon…. help!

Nick, please make a fight analysis on the junior stabbing video… We need to know what to do in those situation
Thanks I will add it in my suggestions.
Ok Nick, what if any changes did you notice in your libido and erections? Is there a noticeable scar and or cartilage bump or sensitivity where the incision was made? Is there pain in the Vas Deferns because its shorter now especially when the balls are hot and hang low, or if your girlfriend is stroking or tugging away at them. I’m a 42 yr old male and have recently started dating a virgin who doesn’t want kids and does not want to take the pill or any form of BC, so I plan on doing the procedure in the next week. I need honest advice! Thanks
Nick’s expression when the tools come out… lol! Thanks I really wanted to know this. Thinking of it for the longest.
Thanks for watching
Lucky man 🙂
getting it done next week – wish me luck!
This is funny I just had mine do two hours ago and I watch all your videos I looked this up and your video was the first blew my mind that you had a video on this Thanks Nick
My Vasectomy was excruciating I was debilitated for a week and in pain for a couple of weeks after now I am experiencing pain months later think before you jump into this
Had mine done in January 2019, Just went for my Semen analysis today. Anyone know what the failure rate is? The thought of this has me worried… Otherwise no complaints, no pain and no changes or discomfort.
I got mine done in feb 2019. Had 2 dr and 2 female nurses. The right side hurt like hell. The left side just the injection hurt. But 2 hrs after i threw up. The next day i was fine. 3rd day i couldnt move and was in so much pain. But it took 1 week before i returned back to work. Had lots of pelvic pain and erection pains. Im fine and sterile now.
@whatupfred I do notice a slight pain in my balls. Especially after ejaculating. I will not reverse it. Just be aware that you may experience post vasectomy pain. From what I have read it is rare. I do think that I had a larger sperm percentage than average. The loads are noticeably smaller. On balance I am relieved not to worry about being a father again. Make your choice informed and good luck.
Had mine done 36 years ago when I was 22. No kids, no regrets. The only side effect I have is saving more money.
And a weird squishy third ball…
But hey I’m glad you’re not reproducing ♥ very, very glad
HAH!
Have fun with your third ball, bro.
Anticipation is the worst part.
lmaoo
I was 44 yrs old 20 yrs ago and had a son and a daughter. It was not pain free but it was not bad. I got an infection and had significant pain for two weeks.
Overall it was a good decision. Having another child at my wife’s age would have had significant risks and complicated our lives. I felt two children close in age and of each gender was ideal and I could give them what they needed.
i am going in for a consultation next week. i am 30 years old and hate kids but love disposable income. this is a no brainer.
is there any other benfits of this procedure other than not having kids ?
@The Madrummer lol it’s not castration
Smartest invest you’ll ever make the return on it will be ten thousand fold. Ive shelled out over 87,000$ and dipped in my 401K (which by the way is an $5000 dollar penalty) to child support. So let’s do simple math
-$240> -$90,000.
Nope. It’s just simple, relatively low risk, permanent male birth control.
@The Madrummer Thats’ silly. There is a very low chance of hematoma, but to imply that it happens to everyone is foolish and irresponsible, since this person is clearly already scared.
@Sean that’s what makes it funnier. Either way, it’s important to know the risks.
How is your post vasectomy pain nowadays? Hope you are all healed up!
Check the doctors reviews, some doctors have better results!
@Ethan Scruples it comes and goes now. I have been to a specialist and it is back pressure. Short of a reversal I have to take anti inflammatory medication when I get a flare up and it goes away until it comes back. 🤨🤨
@TOAX Thanks. I track stories like this online. It’s more common than people realize. Probably 5% of men with vasectomy have ongoing discomfort like yours or worse.
For my records, do you mind saying what the month/year is you got your vasectomy?
Probably inexperienced doctors….
I had a strangulated hernia opertation when I was 11 and occasionally get a pain doing normal activities. I’m now 39 with 5 children (2 Step daughters and 3 children of my own). Now it’s time for a vasectomy.
Im worried about the pain i might with opening up old wounds as the pain was horrific when I was younger.
Can you help?
THREE WEEKS AGO I HAD A THIS DONE NOW MY LEFT NUT IS THE SIZE OF A POTATO . AND IM IN PAIN
