Can I replace the kettlebell with a plate (tight and has the same weight)? Would really appreciate.
Do the exercises that are relevant to your situation. For example… If you have back pain, try this. If you have front hip pain, try the banded joint mobilization for the hip. If you are unstable in an overhead position, strengthen the rear delta and upper back… And so on. Your situation will of course change over time and different exercises will become more relevant for you. No need to do every single exercise.
Who is that athlete? Ive seen her in a bunch of your videos now
I’d suggest picking exercises that you feel are fun, hit multiple muscle groups at once, and involve walking to develope overall conditioning.
