I really enjoyed this routine.
I noticed that my sticking point when curling down my spine hands over head is more in the lower back than in my middle/upper back. It’s probably connected to the clicking sound I have when doing leg circles (not sure if it’s a tight QL or “hip popping”).

I couldn’t believe that when you did the toe tuck and up on elbow into a stretch I could barely move back. Severe restriction and rotation in my right shoulder. My chronic neck and should pain is coming from some place mid back and going to stay with it to see if it helps!
