Ur a beast, brother, feels like your videos were made for me!
Love that she made it rain lol
sheβs such a mood lmao
You guys are so cute
This video came just in time. You rock, dude, thanks !!
I’m an EMT so my muscles get rocked pretty hard every shift. I’ve had rods in my back since I was 16 (Scoliosis) and doing the exercises in this video just released a ton of tension I’ve had in my left hip/lower back for YEARS. I normally have to reach for the Tylenol or ibuprofen to get some relief…the pain isn’t completely gone but it’s completely tolerable right now. Sincerely, THANK YOU!! I’ve looked for stretches and exercises that ACTUALLY help with the pain for so long. This is a huge game changer for me.
Thanks for sending from the wholesome joy of your kitchen floor. I love this!
Thanks for your service, idk this made my dayβ€οΈπ

Thank you! Great sense of humour!ππ
Glad to hear it worked for you! I was an EMT for two years and slipped a disc. Now I can’t drive for more than 30 minutes without excruciating pain even after PT. Just found this guy’s channel so I’m gonna try some of these exercises, hopefully they’ll make it so I can get back on the rig. Hearing they worked for you gives me hope
Fancy grape juice
I appreciate the vibe we’ve created in the studio today
Those “Hundreds hundreds hundreds” Got me π
Drinking some martinellis like a middle class alcoholic mother who says red wine is healthy is extremely based
I love when your wife is in the video too. She is such a gem β€β€β€β€
God she looks like human joy emoji. Like a human golden retriever. Whom you can’t help but smile when you look at them.
I wish you both all the luck and happiness in the world.
Man ever since i read that comment by a physical therapist recommending Davidβs videos I realized how nice this community is also W comment section
as a physical therapist i approve this
mobility, coordination and most importantly body perception is key
there are no wrong movements, but unilateral stress is poison to the body
We need your wife more in vids, she’s such a vibe πππ
“gradually expose yourself”
Just don’t do that part at the mall
Shes Not fitring
She takes all the spotlight and i stop taking the videos seriously π
βOr at the mallβ your wife is awesome

π π
That’s just ur A.D.D. π but fr she makes the videos funny and lighthearted and that makes me want to watch it again and mabeye again whether I’m going to do it or not
What do you think about stretching the back? Why doesn’t he recommend it?
@dalmapaal9831Β it’s all about dosage
If you’re flexed all around the day in your spine there will be no need to stretch it in this way of flexion,
tension is important like activity as it demands for blood and stretching is giving the blood stream the opportunity
Hanving tension all the time makes you stiff and being all mellow demands too much of your ligaments and other passive structures and will make you weak and hypermobile
Dosage is key, balance
@dalmapaal9831Β so all in all most people suffer from muscular deficits and are hypermobile or so to say unstable in their spine
So if you sit in a chair the most of the time, training your back is the long term solution which will also make you independent from any therapist
Omg not expecting mbmbam references here
πππ
Disposable character
I think you mean EXCLUSIVELY do that part at the mall
I love how she sits there..my god she’s the cutestβ€β€
@@kta92 You force maximum movement in the facet joints.
Mostly it is just gas bubbles escaping from the synovium or synovial fluid.
If it becomes a habit, the capsule and ligaments can overstretch and the spine can become hypermobile and unstable.
Support exercises like plank or push-ups can stabilise the spine.
Not every crack is a bad thing.
You also have to consider that cracking itself can be a habit or addiction like biting your nails.
So it’s not a bad thing, it’s a habit, it might say something about your connective tissue being the loose kind.
@kta92Β so you’re actually using a technique i use on a daily basis to seperate the joints surface areas
To mobilize or even manipulate the seperate joints
So all in all nothing really to worry about, maybe consider doing some stabilizing exercises as a form of prevention
You and your wifey are soo adorable, and her mood is peak!
Your old 3-min video for lower back pain from years ago almost instantly removed my lower back pain for a week now. You’re channel is one of my favorites and I’m always watching your shorts. THANK YOU SO MUCH β€ππ
