This video couldn’t have come at a better time. My back has been a mess after an all day surf session last weekend. I’ve struggled with back pain for the past half of my life. The worst thing is, I know what you’re saying is the key to getting over the pain and have had routines of stretching and core strengthening that have gotten me over it for years at a time. But as soon as that conditioning routine drops off, the pain and spasms come back when trying to do something physical I enjoy, like snowboarding, surfing, skateboarding.

Core strength, there is no substitute. I had back pain exacerbations for years too, after a car accident. I was always trying to be careful with my back, the opposite of what I needed. When I got back in the gym and went to work the pain disappeared permanently. Do the cobra pose while watching TV.
Kool man..people are so quick to look for the quick fixes to mask the problem with pills, injections and medical procedure,s rather than put the time in to cure the problem with daily strength and conditioning.
Just what I needed, I’m 19 and hurt my back the same way last year when I was 18 and it has really been holding me back for surfing and stuff I’m going to start doing more so I don’t end up having these issues for the next half of my life
