Ingredients for 1st drink:
200 ml water
1 beet
2 inches Ginger cut into pieces
2 Amal’s (Indian gooseberry) cut into pieces
6-8 curry leaves
Blend above ingredients together
Sieve & have it with salt & pepper before dinner once a day.
Ingredients for 2nd drink:
200 ml Water
1 Cucumber cut into pieces (with skin if organic or peeled & then cut if inorganic)
1 tsp Chia seeds soaked in a little water
2 inch Ginger cut into pieces
5-6 Mint leaves (phudia)
Grind above ingredients together
To it add soaked Chia seeds
Add Honey or Salt & Pepper to taste
Try it for a month, either individually or one drink in the morning
& one in the evening, but not both together. Enjoy & reap the benefits:)
