@Imsmarterthannyou TDEE calculator online using info based on biometric body fat scan and me going to the gym 6 days a week for an hour of weight lifting and 4 cardio sessions on top of that.

Working out is definitely gonna make you lose lots of weight. You don’t need to do a carb restriction when you’re eating so little. Good luck bro!
