You should focus more on where the calories are coming from like in dark chocolate let’s say ,the hu chocolate bar it had the same amount calories as the one you showed but it’s made from unrefined organic coconut sugar. so instead of processed sugar like other companies you are getting a healthier sugar

@mashood chaudhry yeah some people need to adjust to the taste. Personally i liked it since the first time i tried it. I also like 95% too but 88% is probably the best in terms of flavor and health benefits
But also note that despite vegetables having low calorie counts, they digest quicker and give less energy than a source of carbohydrates and protein, meaning you’d end up eating more oftenly and feel more hungry
But for the nutrients, vitamins that they have, it’s definitely a W

that’s actually not really true.. vegetables are carbs but most have a lot of fiber. fiber makes it harder to digest because your body takes longer breaking it down. fiber is also satiating.
if you’re eating the right veggies & a good amount of protein, you can easily maintain a low calorie diet
Just a reminder, most peanut butter has extra added oils and sugar. So be sure to hunt down “peanut only” butter unless you just like the regular version, to me they taste the same and I get to have more PB by being picky about ingredients.
I agree. Another reason to track stuff is to see if time of day matters. I found out if I start my day with meat + a tea or coffee with milk, I end up eating “ideally” without any effort. If I start with other foods I get tons of cravings for foods that make me feel crappy overall.

Or you can eat what you’re craving but keep it in the portion size, and then work around that. For me I stick to 1500 calories as my deficit. I enjoy a regular breakfast of either scrambled eggs with avocado toast, or oatmeal and my protein shake mixed in coffee, whatever works for me. Lunch is usually simple and small, either a salad with chicken and other veggies or single frozen burrito, whatever I’m in the mood for, dinner I keep simple. Chicken and vegetables, and then I save room for dessert because I know I’ll usually want it. Like a toaster strudel or slice of pie or chocolate. Doesn’t matter. I’m feeding my cravings and working out and staying in deficit

I also thought the same before i started making changes to my diet. Everyone who eats healthy raves about peanut butter and yes it’s very healthy but too many calories to eat it everyday but i have a really low calorie deficit so it’s not in my diet at the moment. Try eating cabbage/popcorn/kale/strawberries until you’re full. I don’t see the purpose making the food low in volume/size, you just wont felt full.
