Thank u so much for the diet plan . I found a small mistake in the video .in the day 2 diet plan for the mid-morning snack, u have mentioned 5ml of chia seed in the pudding, but on the screen its write as 50ml chia seed .. please edit it if possible π

2. Soaked Almonds in morning
3. Breakfast – Veg poha with vegetables
4. Before lunch- Fruit Yogurt
5.lunch- multigrain roti and sabji (gobi) with fresh lemon juice) with Salad too
6. Workout (yoga, running, walking) with Roasted channa (sattu)drink after workout
7.Evening snack – bhel (homemade) with tea or green tea
8. Dinner – vegetable dalia
9. Get good sleep
(This is only 1 day diet, she has different plans for all week. For me one plan is enough)

Hello mam I am 75 kg, isliye Maine ek health plan le liya tha Bina jyada kuchh soche kyuki mujhe apna weight loss karna tha, uske baad se hi aapke videos dikh gaye mujhe YouTube me ab main kya karu mujhe aapka diet plan jyada achcha lag raha hai. To kya main pahle wala health plan chhod dungi to koi side effects hoga,. Kyuki main aapke batae jaisa weight loss karna chahti hu π’

Hi Gunjan @gunjanshouts wouldnβt it be better to give raw food measurementβs coz every person has different way of cooking. For eg some will put more water in upma khichdi and like it more liquidy so can u please give raw food measurements

Hi Gunjan…since 3 weeks i have stopped taking refined sugar and products made from refined sugar…and it has given super awesome results…and really like your motivating videos very much especially the diet plans…the way you said…no refined sugar in the tea…that must have really hit hard hardcore tea lovers…π€£π€£π€£…keep it up…πππ…regularly watching all ur videos..All the best.

Followed this diet plan by combining it with intermittent fasting…. I reduced 2.5 kgs in 10 days.
These food options are sustainable and we need not reduce weight painfully by eating salads only.
@Sheetal Jain Sirf chai chorna hi nahi..you have to literally stop taking refined sugar including jaggery, dates and bananas which have high glycemic index..give it a try and you will see the results..all the bestπ
