If your gym has a lat pull down with two load cables, put handles on them and do one arm pulls with pronation. It’s so much more comfortable than being on one knee

If you have slow metabolism speed it up
The advice is self-contradictory.
Firstly you can’y just make up blanket statements about “metabolism” and it shows you don’t understand physiology. What you’re referring is your overall energy expenditure which includes basal metabolic rate (influenced by body comp, gender, a mix of generic variables, and even sleep), non-exercise activity thermogenesis (fidgeting, talking, just involuntary movements as a part of living), thermic effect of food (dependent on macronutrient composition) and exercise activity.
The part that can be “slow/fast” is the BMR but most people assume their genetics are bad because they have lower BMRs than someone who seemingly eats everything and stays skinny. There are outliers, but your points do not relate to any metabolic mechanisms.
1. Internal body heat is usually higher in people with higher weight by default, regardless of “slow/fast” metabolism.
2. Appetite can be heavily influenced by psychosocial factors and inhibit weight gain so it doesn’t match with the third point.
3. Most people struggle to lose weight because they don’t truly track what they eat and drink. Even when they track they tend to be way off.
That you are eating at a caloric maintenance . Doesn’t matter how fast your metabolism is if you’re still eating normally.
3 and 4 are straight up irony 😂😂 you cannot have lack of appetite and feel like u cant lose weight, the math ain’t mathing 😂😂😂
It’s always been hard for me because my sister eats twice as much as I do but she gains no weight and if I eat one bite of something I feel like I gained so much. 😭😍

guess i have a fast metabolism then I’m always hot keep my house very cold because of it can eat an entire pizza if i wanted to so big appetite but its also easy for me to lose weight just have to eat healthier and work out those muscles

No such thing as a slow metabolism if you have a normal functioning thyroid. It’s a combo of bad diet, too much food and too little exercise. No excuses or cope pls
